Malta is a small and beautiful island nation in the Mediterranean Sea located between nations like Ireland, Italy and Greece. It is bordered on one side by the Mediterranean Sea and on another side by the Atlantic Ocean. Malta has a population of less than five million people who talk the Maltese language. Over half of the population is of immigrant background but they follow the exact same culture and customs as the people of their birth place. Immigrants are thus an essential component of the Malta's community and they also form a significant chunk of the population that reside in the cities such as Malta and Gozo.
