Tim NivenMy brother Christopher and I arrived in sunny Cyprus in May 1965 and we both found ourselves at Berengaria Secondary Modern. All the girls were moved over to St.John's, Episkopi in 1967, all us lads followed the year after. We left to return to UK in May 1969 when I had just turned 16yrs.If you were there around this time and remember Chris or me, please get in touch. We lived in Limassol and I was mates with Bill Bradley, John Done, Lloyd Laurent and others whose names escape me.
Michael JohnsonHi Tim, yes I was there covering the period Christmas '64 to June '68. My sister Christine and I lived in Spartakus Street in Limassol and went to Berengaria school for a short time before we moved to Akrotiri and went to St John's. I have made contact with several old friends - Don Williams, Trevor Sampson (the first long haired schoolboy) and others. We are linked through Facebook if you would like to join up. I definitely remember your name but of course this is a long time ago! Do you remember Jon Tucker, Richard Williams, Ian Thorpe, Irene Masterton?? I used to play a lot of snooker at the Youth Klub and cycle a lot.
All the best
