How do I send email to public members?

You need to be logged in to send an email to a member of Alumni.NET. As long as you are logged in, you may send an email message to any public member of Alumni.NET.

To send an email to a public member of Alumni.NET, look for the person on Alumni.NET. Click on their name to view their profile then click on "Send Mail to Member" located below the member's picture. You will be taken to a form where you can enter your message. Click on 'Submit' and your message will be sent immediately.

How do I send email to private members?

You need to be logged in to send an email to a member of Alumni.NET. To send an email to a private member of Alumni.NET you must also be a member of the organization your intended recipient is already a member of.

To send an email to a private member of Alumni.NET, look for the person on Alumni.NET. Click on their name to view their profile then click on "Send Mail to Member" located below the member's picture. You will be taken to a form where you can enter your message. Click on 'Submit' and your message will be sent immediately.


Did the member get my email?

We do not have any way of knowing if the member did really receive your email. We can only tell if he did NOT receive the email message. In that case, we will send you a notification that the email did not reach its recipient.

How do I send email to a school's administrator or professor?

We do not have any direct affiliation with the School/Professors and hence do not have the information you are requesting. Try to visit the website of the school or you may want to post a message on the bulletin board regarding your request.
