| RULES
AND CONDITIONS - Updated

Contained
in this agreement is the complete terms and conditions
that apply to an individual's or entity's participation
on
the Alumni.Net Affiliate Program.
|
|
| ENROLLMENT
IN THE PROGRAM |
- Submit
a complete Program application via our site.
- Application
will be evaluated. We may reject your application
if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the
Program. (Unsuitable sites include those that: Promote
sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination
based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability,
sexual orientation, or age; Promote illegal activities;
Include "alumni.net" or variations or misspellings
thereof in their domain names; Violate intellectual
property rights)
- The
Affiliate Program will provide you with a unique Special
Link which you can use to refer friends and relatives
to signup at Alumni.NET.
- The
Special Link must be setup properly on your site so
you can get credit when your referrals signed up.
- You
can also use our referral form when you login on the
Affiliate Program.
- Please
note that if we accept your application and your site
is determined to be unsuitable for the Program, we
may terminate this Agreement.

| LINKS
ON YOUR SITE |
- We
will provide you with the Special Link you can use
on your Site to publicize Alumni.NET. This will enable
our system to track how many valid sign-ups you generated
from your site.
- You
may also use the special link to invite friends to
sign up for Alumni.NET through emails.
- We
will provide you with special "tagged" link formats
to be used in all links between your site and our
site.

| REFERRAL
FEES |
- For
each valid sign-up generated by your referrals you
will be paid $0.25 (price in US Dollars)
- We
will pay you referral fees for sign-ups generated
from "Special Links" you put on your website. You
will only be paid for valid sign-ups. A valid sign-up
must come from a unique email and unique IP address.
- The
friends or family members you referred must register
with Alumni.NET to validate your
referred emails.
- Affiliate
Members can earn an additional $2.50 per referred
member that they get to sign up for the Alumni.NET
premium service.This offer excludes the JobsCity.NET upgrade option.

| TOP
AFFILIATES EVERY MONTH |
- The
Top five (5) Affiliate Winners referring at least 20 for the month
will each receive a USD $20 bonus. This is on top of getting USD $0.25
for every sign-up that they are able to generate.

The winners will be notified through email. They have
to send us their valid ID and contact information,
including their scanned photos, which will be posted
on Alumni.NET Website.
- The
top five winners for the month can only qualify as
winners and receive the bonus once every three months.
However, they still get credits for any referrals
made.

| REFERRAL
FEE PAYMENT |
- We
will pay you referral fees on a one (1) month basis.
However, if the referral fees payable to you for any
of the month are less than USD $25.00, we will hold
those referral fees until the total amount due is
at least USD $25.00 or (if earlier) until this Agreement
is terminated.
- Payments
will be made via regular postal mail. A maximum of
$1,000/month shall be the limit of payment per person.
- Your
referral status will be reset to 0 after we paid your
referral fee.

| RESPONSIBILITY
FOR YOUR SITE |
- You
will be solely responsible for the development, operation,
and maintenance of your site and for all materials
that appear on your site. Ensure that the materials
posted on your site are not libelous or otherwise
illegal. We disclaim all liability for these matters.
- Alumni.NET
shall evaluate the affiliate's home page every two
weeks. We may terminate your registration for the
Affiliate Program if your site is unsuitable
for the Program.

| VALID
REFERRED SIGNUPS |
- You
can check your status every Friday. Our system will
update your stats.
- Referred
signups can be rejected if (at our sole discretion)
found to be invalid.
- Remember,
it is not by referring emails that will make you earn
$0.25....but how many of your referrals actually signed
up for Alumni.NET and join at least one organization.
- Sign-ups
that are generated from unsolicited email (or spam)
will not be counted and may cause termination of this
Agreement. Sign-ups containing fake names such as
"abkf" or swear words will not be counted.
- To
prevent fraud, we will only count unique email and
unique IP address(es).

Referred sign-ups must not use the same email address(es)
of registered members. It will automatically disqualify
the referred entry.

| TERM
OF THE AGREEMENT |
- The
term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance
of your Program application and will end when terminated
by either party. An e-mail of termination should be
given, with or without cause.
- Upon
the termination of this Agreement for any reason,
you will immediately cease use of, and remove from
your site, all links to our site, and all Alumni.NET
trademarks, trade dress and logos, and all other materials
provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant hereto
or in connection with the Program.
- We
may modify any of the terms and conditions contained
in this Agreement, at any time , by posting a change
notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications
may include, for example, changes in the scope of
available referral fees, referral fee schedules, payment
procedures, and program rules.
- Your
continued Participation in the Program following our
posting of a change notice or new agreement on our
site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.

| RELATIONSHIP
OF PARTIES |
- Nothing
in this Agreement will create any partnership , joint
venture, agency, franchise, sales representative,
or employment relationship between the parties. You
will have no authority to make or accept any offers
or representations on our behalf. You will not make
any statement, whether on your site or otherwise,
that reasonably would contradict anything in this
Section.

| LIMITATION
OF LIABILITY |
- We
will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential
damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data)
arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program,
even if we have been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
|
| DISCLAIMER |
- In
addition, we make no representation that the operation
of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and
we will not be liable for the consequences of any
interruptions or errors.
|
YOU
ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE
TO ALL ITS RULES AND CONDITIONS.
